Squad Return Policy

Cancel your order within 30 days for any reason to ensure complete squad happiness.

The deadline for returns is 30 days from the date you or a chosen third party receives the Scalp Squad merchandise, books, or educational activities at your North American residence.

To exercise your right to a return, please inform our team with a clear statement of your request.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned items. We use the original payment method, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement from the Scalp Squad team.

Return Conditions:

For items to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:

• Bought in 30 days.

• Original packaging.

Non-returnable Squad Items:

• Personalized items made for your child.

• Items that deteriorate rapidly or are expired.

• Unsealed hair care products for health safety.

• Goods inseparably mixed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Sending Returns

You are responsible for shipping costs and risks. Please send items to our North American distribution center.

Scalp Squad Returns

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We recommend trackable mail. We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit. Once the product is received, a certificate will be sent to you. This ensures every gift from our clubhouse brings a smile.

If not marked as a gift, or if the giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.
